Booth Setup Instructions

Dear participating exhibitor,

Thank you for participating in the Casper Holistic Expo.  This year's
spring event will be held September 12 and 13 with set up on Friday September 11th.   The fair will be held at the Industrial Building at the Central Wyoming Fair Grounds located at 1700 Fairgrounds Road in Casper, Wyoming, 82604.

Please tell all of your clients about the fair and give them a flyer.  Please pass out flyers to everyone.  You can find one under the Holistic Flyer tab.  Please remember, it takes all of us, working together, to make this a fantastic show for everyone.

Because I had several out of town vendors ask for the opening time to be changed from 9 AM to 10 AM due to travel time, I have changed it back to accommodate them.  We want everyone - both vendors and visitors - to be able to enjoy the show.

Set up times are Friday, September 11th from 4 PM to 8 PM and Saturday morning from 7 AM to 9:30 AM.

Fair hours are Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 10 AM to 6 PM.

And Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The fair doors open at 10 AM.  Our opening ceremony will begin at 9:30 AM.

If you require electricity, please bring your own extension cords.  There is NO pipe or drape for this event, so please be sure to bring your own backdrops, table skirts or coverings and booth or table decorations.  8' tables are provided.  Tables are 2 1/2 ' wide by 8' long.  A U shape does not work in any of the booths except the corner D booths. If you need something different, please bring your own.

The Natrona County Health Department is requiring dividers or barriers between each booth.  For 10x10 booths, it is possible to use a gazebo type tent with walls.  Please make sure the legs go straight down and not angled, which would make a tripping hazard and go into the next person's booth.  You could also use PVC pipe (that would come apart easily for transport) and material or plastic.  They need to be 7' tall.  If it is shorter, you could put it up on something to raise it.  Just use your imagination.

The health department also said vendors should wear masks to help keep everyone safe.

With respect to the public who are coming to see you, other vendors and the Casper Holistic Expo Coordinators,  
you cannot tear down your booth space until 5:00 PM on Sunday.  Vendors who tear down and leave early will not be invited back for the next expo.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, however, there is an area directly outside the building designated as a smoking area.  This ordinance also prohibits sageing or burning anything.

The building will be locked at night, giving you the option of leaving your products in your booth overnight.

Move Out Reminder:

Please DO NOT start to pack up your booth contents until after the show closes on Sunday at 5:00 PM!  If you have an emergency or become ill, please let Donna know.  Do not just pack up and leave or you will not be invited back.
